The Course

Did you know that the Maui Marathon is the longest consecutively-held running event in the state of Hawaii? With views of the island’s blue ocean and lush, green mountains, this marathon course is absolutely breathtaking. The final miles take you through the historic whaling village of Lahaina before finishing at the world-famous Ka’anapali Beach Hotel. The Maui Half Marathon also starts and ends in Ka’anapali and follows the same route as the final 6.5 miles of the marathon. Be sure to check out a course map before you head out.
