At Da Kitchen, guests can try some truly funky loco moco. We love Pele’s Chili Moco which adds a heaping portion of chili to the classic dish. Or try the Notorious B.I.G. Moco with chili, mushrooms, onions, spam, cheese, bacon, and Portuguese sausage. The Polynesian Paralysis Moco is another favorite, bursting with crispy fish tempura and scrumptious kalua pork.
