Policies

Cancellation Policy: 

A $50 nonrefundable deposit/cancellation fee per room is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.  Exception:  Deposit/Cancellation fee amount equivalent to one full room night charge during the period December 20 through January 2.  Written cancellation received 61 days prior to the arrival date avoids forfeiture of deposit/cancellation fee per room.  Remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival date, nonrefundable. Cancellations received within 15 (fifteen) days of the arrival date forfeit full stay.  Possibility of refund only if room is resold less the deposit/cancellation fee.

Inn Policies:

• No smoking on property.

• Only registered guests allowed in rooms over night.

• Only named guests will be allowed to check in if coming in at different times. Please be sure to list second name (third if applicable).

• Room Capacity is fixed as per Maui Bed and Breakfast County Rules. Anyone arriving with an additional person over the maximum capacity (i.e. two adults, one child in two person capacity room), will be asked to find other accommodations. No exceptions. 

• One car per guest room; limited parking. Only registered vehicles allowed on property overnight.

• Guest with children: Your children are your responsibility and should be under your supervision at all times. Please remember the other guests are on vacation and they and employees are not childcare providers.

• Late check out not always possible and with Inn approval only, $25.00 automatic charge per hour on the quarter hour.
