Breakfast at the Old Wailuku Inn at Ulupono
First is a refreshing fruit course that may include, depending on the season, local Kula strawberries, papaya from our garden with currants and gooseberries, Maui Gold pineapple with raspberries and blueberries, fresh Maui mango, local apple bananas, melon, pears, or peaches.
We prepare a different entrée each day of the week, all of them hearty and delicious:

-Crispy Golden Belgian Waffles topped with Maui Gold Pineapple, whipped cream, Macadamia nuts, and orange butter sauce.
-Breakfast Enchilada filled with smoked turkey, eggs, Mexican cheeses, spring onions, and sweet peppers, served with the “Mexican Flag” trio of sauces and a Coconut Muffin.
-Banana Pancakes made with bananas from our garden, topped with Macadamia nuts, served with passion fruit (Liliko'i), coconut, and maple syrups.
-Frittata of Garden Vegetables with five cheeses, served with polenta and marinara sauce.
-Stuffed French Toast with a cheese blintz filling, served with passion fruit (Liliko'i), coconut, and maple syrups.
-Molokai Sweet Potato & Zuchini Pancake with coddled Egg, crème fraiche, marinara sauce and a healthy scone.
-Carafes of fresh orange juice are on the breakfast table; we serve our own blend of rich coffee.
Breakfast is served every morning at 8:00 a.m.; you may arrange in advance for a continental breakfast at 7:00 a.m. And if you let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions, we will do our very best to accommodate them.
Sharing breakfast around our dining room tables is a wonderful way to start the day. It is an opportunity to get to know the other guests, the Innkeepers, and compare notes on all the fantastic things to do and see on our Island home of Maui.
